Sodium chloride is a common additive of food such as salt meat, ham, sausage. Pulse radiolysis experiments ,[1,2], have shown that ,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42648993&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42648996&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42649008&type=, ion is detected when concentrated neutral chloride solutions are irradiated. ,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42649011&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42649001&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42649000&type=, is an active species, it is necessary to pay one's attention to the effect of NaCl in the irradiated food. In. this paper radiation chemistry of stearic acid-NaCl-H,2,O and oleic acid-NaCl-H,2,O model systems have been developed by ,36,Cl radioactive tracer method and Cl,-, ion selective electrode method. Both methods verify the existence of organic chloride compounds in the system irradiated under ,60,Co γ -ray.
