本文通过特性粘度、红外光谱和失重的测定,研究了聚氟乙烯的辐射效应。结果表明,聚氟乙烯的特性粘度和分子量随辐照剂量增加而下降、在辐照剂量1×10,4,Gy以上时,红外光谱有明显的变化,先后在1750 cm,-1,、1640 cm,-1,、1845 cm,-1,和3440 cm,-1,处有新峰出现,在热处理后1750 cm,-1,和1845 cm,-1,峰减弱,1640 cm,-1,峰加强。测得了羰基峰和羧基峰强度与辐射剂量的关系。聚氟乙烯辐照后先有增重现象,随后开始失重,最终恒定,失重程度与辐照剂量和温度有关。
A research of radiation effects on polyvinyl fluoride by means of measuring intrinsic viscosity, analysing infrared spectra and determining its loss of weight was discribed in this paper. A decrease of intrinsic viscosity and molecular weight of polyvinyl fluoride with the increase of irradiation doses was observed.,It was found that there were some new absorption peaks occuring in the IR spectra at 1640 cm,-1, 1750 cm,-1, 1845 cm,-1, and 3440 cm,-1, when the irradiation doses reached more than 1×10,4,Gy, and intensity of the peaks corresponding to 1750 cm,-1, and 1845 cm,-1, was decreased by heating treatment and that of the another peak(1640 cm,-1,) was increased at the same time. The relationship between the intensites of carbonyl and carboxyl peaks and the irradiation doseswas determined.,At the beginning the weight of irradiated polyvinyl fluoride increased, then it decreased and at last reached constant level. It was concluded that the loss of weight was related to irradiation doses and temperature.
