本文用电子自旋共振波谱法,对经过低温γ辐照的肌球蛋白产生的自由基及其在程序升温中发生的反应进行了研究。由77 K辐照并测定的ERS谱表明,低温下肌球蛋白产生的主要初级不稳定产物为羰基阴离子自由基(g=2.0037)。经过程序升温并达到223 K时,所测得的ESR谱又显示了次级不稳定产物:肽链α碳抽氢自由基的波谱特征。随着测定温度继续上升,该自由基很快的衰减。
Radiation induced primary radicals from dried pork myosin irradiated at 77 K, and the subsequent radicals appeared in the course of variable temperature elevation from 77 K to 313 K have been studied by ESR. The ESR spectram shows that the primary carbonyl anion radical in the peptide chain (g=2.0037) is the predominant transient product from the myosin irradiated at 77 K and somewhat higher temperature than 77 K. Then at 223 K, the secondary transient species, α-carbon radical on the peptide backon which was characterized by the ESR spectrum of the myosin just appeared via the variable elevation of temperature. Finally, this kind of radical decayed rapidly with elevating from 223 K to 313 K variably.
