按照我们研究的配方和工艺制得的黄色剂量标签体系有SN1和SN2二种类型;每种类型各有4种型号。本工作用目视比色法、反射色色差法和反射光密度测试研究了它们的有关性能。在射线作用下,标签随接受的剂量增大而显示深黄、橙、红和深红。不同型号标签显示红色的起始剂量不一样:SN1-1和SN2-1在1 kGy以下,SN1-4和SN2-4在10 kGy以上。其余均在1—10 kGy之间。温度在5—55℃、湿度在12—97%和剂量率在3.6—100 Gy·min,-1,范围内变化均不影响辐射显色。未辐照的标签货架寿命3年以上;辐照后所显示的颜色可长期存放。它们对环境光线不敏感;使用方便快速。在辐射加工中既可作为产品“照否”标志,又能用目视比色法估计剂量;量程0.1—50 kGy。
Two kinds of the dose labels, SN1 and SN2, developed by our laboratory are the yellow plastic. During irradiation to different dose using cobalt-60 gamma-ray, the color of labels turns from yellow to orange or red. Initial dose to change in to red due to irradiation are<1kGy for SN1-1 and SN2-1, 1-10kGy for SN1-2 (or3) and SN2-2(or 3), >10kGy for SN1-4 and SN2-4. In this paper using visual colorimetry, color reflection densitometry and test of the color difference the characteristics of the labels have been investigated. Color development due to irradiation is not affected by dose rates varying between 3.6 and 100Gy/min. No effect on color development is oberved with humidy between 12 and 97%, with temperature between 5 and 55℃. The labels is not sensitive to ambient light, and shelf life is over 3 years under conditions of laboratory storage. The color of labels after irradiation can satisfy archival requirements in "go-no go" . The labels of SN type can provide a visual means of determing whether a plant package was irradiated in proces, and can identify whether inventory product were processed, but theirs can give a visual indication of the dose regians of recive radiation in a plant package. These labels may cover a range from 0.1 to 100 kGy.
