研究了N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)在水溶液及四氢呋喃溶液中的辐射聚合及它与活性有机单体N-丙烯酰氧基丁二酰亚胺(NASI)辐射共聚,以制备水溶性、温度敏感性均聚物及共聚物。结果表明,室温、无氧条件下在水或PBS缓冲溶液中NIPAAm及它与NASI共聚物(poly NIPAAM-NASI)辐射合成的最佳条件为:剂量1—7 kGy,剂量率不小于40 Gy/min,溶液中单体浓度小于1%。单体在四氢呋喃中辐射聚合可得到粉末状固体聚合物。将这种聚合物溶于水中仍具有温度敏感性,用此法可获得较多的此类聚合物,只是分子量偏低(,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650629&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650639&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650630&type=,只有10,4,数量级),其合成条件与在水溶液中也有较大差异。该聚合物经热性质测定表明,多次溶解、沉淀后仍能保持其热性质的均一性和稳定性。
In order to obtain the water-soluble, temperature sensitive polymer and activated copolymer, the radiation polymerizaton of N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAAm), radiation copolymerization of NIPAAm and N-acryloxysuccide (NASI)in aqueous solution or in buffer solution (PBS pH=7.4) have been carried out by γ-rays from ,60,Co source at room temperature. The optimum dose range (1—7 kGy), dose rate (,>,40 Gy/min) and monomer concentration (1%) were chosen through determing the monomer conversion yield and molecular weight (M,w,=6.8×10,5,) of product. Synthesis of the reversible linear polymer was performed in tetrahydrofuran(THF) as well. In this way a white powder product could be obtained which possesses of thermally reversible property too, when it was dissolved in water or PBS. The only disadvantags of this method is that the molecular weight of the polymer produced in THF was much lower than that in aqueous solution.
