10. 75Gy X射线照射后,大豆(Glycine max L. merr) Bragg超结瘤突变系nts382和nts246第一对真叶叶绿素含量较Bragg显著下降(,p,<,0.05)。随后发育出的叶片出现畸型改变,并呈现叶绿素缺失的斑块。10.75Gy的照射显著抑制三者的生长,其中对nts382和nts246的抑制程度显著高于Bragg(,p,<,0.01)。辐射使Bragg、nts382和nts246平均每株的结瘤数显著降低,和对照组相比较,nts382和nts246的下降程度较Bragg显著(,p,<,0.01)。在抑制结瘤数量的同时,导致结瘤单瘤重的成倍增加。以上两种现象随剂量的增加更为明显。以上结果表明两个超结瘤突变系的辐射敏感性较Bragg有显著的改变。
Abstract
With 10.75Gy X-ray irradiation,the chlorophyl contents in the first pair of leaves decreased in Bragg and supernodulated mutants. The decreased quantities in nts382 and nts246 were more than that in Bragg. There were a lot of leaf figuration and chlorophyl aberrations occuring in the leaves of Bragg and the mutants. With 10.75Gy treatment,the effects ofgrowth inhibition on nts382 and nts246 were more significant than that onBragg. The numbers of nodules per seedling in supernodulated mutants more severely decreased than that in Bragg when they were treatedat 10.75Gy or17.20Gy. With the numbers of nodules decreasing,the average weight of the nodule increased in times. These results mentioned above indicated that supernodulated mutants,nts382 and nts246, became more sensitive to radiation than Bragg.
