血小板是指从巨核细胞周围脱落的胞浆小片,因此,血小板没有核。把血小板固定在有钌红存在的戊二醛内以增加血小板外壳的反差(黑)。大的空隙出现形成了部分开放性管道系统,微管束的末梢伸向界膜,颗粒在大小和电子密度方面呈异样,血小板含有糖元和线粒体,因此,能利用糖分解或氧化磷酸化等代谢途径。经500拉德γ射线照射的大白鼠血小板、微管在纵、横断面上可见排列紊乱、管道系统显示极度和明显扩张,受照的血小板既无糖元也没有线粒体。细胞器都受到不同程度的损害。
Platelets represent small pieces of cytoplasma released from the periphery of megakaryocytes. Therefore, the cells have no nucleus and normal blood platelet fixed in glytaraldehyde in the presence of rutherium red to enhance contrast of the platelet coat (black). The large empty appearing spaces form part of the open canalicular system. The band of microtubles runs peripheral to the membrane-bound granules which appear heterogeneous in size and electron density. The platelet possesses glycogen particles as well as mitochondria and it is able to use either metabolic pathway glycolysis of oridative phosphorylation. The platelets from rat irradiated by γ-ray with 500 rad. appear to be a disorderly array of microtubules in longitudinal and across section. The canalicular system appears excessive and markedly dissended. There is neither granules nor mitochondria in irradiated platelets.
