为给宇航用光纤陀螺非金属材料的设计选型提供参考依据,考察了光纤陀螺中几种典型非金属材料γ射线总剂量抗辐照特性,并通过电子扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重曲线(TGA)和力学性能测试对比分析了辐照前后材料的表面形貌、分子结构和力学性能变化情况,并对高分子材料辐照老化的机制进行了理论分析和推测。结果表明,在1000 Gy 60Co γ射线辐照后,固化胶的表面形貌未出现明显变化。但从红外光谱、TGA曲线和力学性能测试结果可以看出硅橡胶存在少量侧链和主链的降解,环氧树脂固化胶呈现主链的进一步交联,而丙烯酸树脂固化胶辐照前后的性能几乎没有变化。
In order to prove references for the design and screening of nonmetallic materials used in fiber optic gy-roscope, the effects of 60Co γ-rays irradiation on the performance of nonmetallic materials used in fiber optic gyroscope was investigated. The change of surface morphology, molecular structure and mechanical properties were analyzed by SEM, FT-IR, TGA and mechanical property test, and the aging mechanism properties of polymer caused by irradiation were analyzed. The results indicate that after 1000 Gy(Si) 60Co γ-rays irradiation, the morphology of all polymers are almost unchanged, but according to the FT-IR, TGA and mechanical properties test, the degradation reaction occurred in main-chain and side-chain of silicone rubber, and the crosslinking process occurred in the principal chain of epoxy resin adhesive. However, there is only little change for the properties of acrylate resin coating adhesive.Cited
