摘要

放射性皮肤损伤是恶性肿瘤病人放射治疗的主要并发症之一，放射性皮肤损伤的发生机制与凋亡基因、细胞因子、细胞信号通路等有关，本文就放射性皮肤损伤在这几方面的发生机制进行综述。

Abstract

Skin injury caused by radiation is one of the major complications suffered by malignant tumor patients receiving radiation therapy. The mechanisms underlying skin injury by radiation involve apoptosis genes, cytokines, cell signal pathways, etc. Therefore, this paper is to summarize the mechanisms of radiation skin injury.Cited
