力反馈数据手套允许用户用手直接操作虚拟物体,模拟高危险辐射环境下人员作业过程,为提高核设施维修人员的培训效果提供了一种新的解决方案。针对国内核设施维修操作培训中虚拟仿真技术的应用现状,结合液态铅冷却反应堆散裂靶更换仿真需求,基于力反馈数据手套研究并实现了虚拟手建模与控制,以及基于虚拟手交互过程中的碰撞检测方法。以力反馈数据手套控制虚拟反应堆厂房内部漫游和散裂靶更换交互操作仿真为例,结果表明了虚拟手模型和碰撞检测算法的有效性和实用性。
Application of force feedback data glove allows workers to operate virtual objects directly, for simulating the work process of high dangerous radiation environment, which provides a new solution to improve the training effect of repair personnel of nuclear facilities. According to the current application situation of virtual simulation technology operation training in domestic nuclear facilities repair, as well as the needs of replacement simulation of the target for liquid lead cooled reactor, modeling and control of virtual hand, collision detection between virtual hand and virtual objects based on force feedback data glove were studied. Force feedback data glove has been used to control the virtual roaming and replacement interactive operation simulation of the target. The experimental results show the effectiveness and practicability of the virtual model.Cited
