本文就外泌体的提取、富集、追踪及其在放化疗中的应用进展进行综述。目前外泌体提取与富集的主要方法包括超速离心法,层析法和色谱法等,外泌体可通过荧光素酶标记进行追踪。由于外泌体具有特异的表面标志物及其在体液中广泛存在的特点,使其成为潜在的肿瘤标志物之一。此外,外泌体在肿瘤的辐射敏感性与辐射损伤、肿瘤的靶向治疗和多重耐药等放化疗中的作用也日益受到关注。
Here, we summarized the isolation, enrichment, and tracking of exosome, as well as its application in radio-and chemotherapy of cancer. Currently, the main extracting methods of exosome include ultracentrifugation, ultrafiltration, and chromatography. Exosome can be tracked by luciferase labeling. Exosome is characterized by specific surface markers and exists in most body fluids, which makes it a potential cancer marker. Moreover, increasing researches have focused on the vital role of exosomes in radiosensitivity, radiation damage, targeted therapy, and multidrug resistance of cancer cells.
