分析了铀对肺、肾、骨骼、生殖器等人体多种重要器官的毒性,综述了二乙基三胺五乙酸、邻苯二酚类、壳聚糖及其相关衍生物等铀促排解毒药物的研究进展。当前研究目标是对促排剂进行改造,增强解毒能力并降低毒副作用。
The toxicity of uranium to various vital organs such as the lung, kidney, bone, and genitals was analyzed, and the research progress of uranium mobilization agents such as diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, catechol, chitosan, and related derivatives, was summarized. The purpose of this study is to promote the use of chelating agents to enhance their detoxification capacity and reduce the side effects.
