从电离辐射对细胞膜生物特性、膜脂质和膜蛋白、细胞膜信号转导等方面总结了近年来电离辐射对细胞膜生物学功能的影响机制。在未来研究中,电离辐射诱导的癌细胞凋亡机制及对线粒体等细胞器的影响作用将成为电离辐射生物学效应研究的重要方向。
The effects of ionizing radiation on biological characteristics of the cell membrane, membrane lipids, membrane proteins, and cell membrane signal transduction were summarized. In the future, the mechanisms of cancer-cell apoptosis induced by ionizing radiation and the effects on mitochondria and other organelles may be the important directions for the study on biological effects of ionizing radiation.
