摘要

研究了聚碳酸酯（Polycarbonate，PC）和经辐射处理的超支化不饱和聚酯酰胺（Irradiated HUPEA）的共混物（PC/Irradiated HUPEA）的力学性能，并与PC和未经辐射处理的HUPEA的共混物PC/ HUPEA的力学性能进行了对比。研究发现，HUPEA以及低吸收剂量的HUPEA降低PC的拉伸模量和弯曲模量，与之相反，高吸收剂量HUPEA提高PC的拉伸模量和弯曲模量，100kGy时分别提高31.3%、7%，除冲击性能外，其它力学性能指标均有不同程度提高。此外，共混物的断裂伸长均高于纯PC。

Abstract

Hyperbranched unsaturated polyesteramide (HUPEA) irradiated by ,60,Co γ-rays was blended into polycarbonate (PC) and mechanical properties of the blends were compared of the controls, i.e. pristine PC and PC with non-irradiated HUPEA. The results showed that blending PC with non-irradiated HUPEA or HUPEA irradiated to 50kGy had decreased tensile and flexural modulus, while PC blended with HUPEA irradiated to 100kGy increased the tensile and flexural modulus by 31.7% and 7%, respectively. The mechanisms of the mechanical properties change were discussed.
