摘要

利用微波加热诱导反应合成了一种新型的酰胺扩链剂（DAED）。将EDA和DAED分别与4, 4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯反应，制备芳香族聚脲弹性体。与EDA扩链剂合成聚脲相比，由DAED合成聚脲的反应速率大大降低。研究结果表明，DAED是制备喷涂聚脲的新型扩链剂。

Abstract

A new type of chain extender for amide, named diacetyl ethylenediamine (DAED), was synthesized using microwave heating-induced reaction. Aromatic polyureas were synthesized through the reaction of 4,4’-diphenymethane diisocyanate with ethylenediamine (EDA) and DAED, respectively. The reaction rate was much lower when using DAED as chain extender than that of using EDA as chain extender. All these results indicate that DAED is an effective chain extender for preparation of spray polyurea system.
