摘要

NK细胞是机体杀伤肿瘤的重要免疫细胞，低剂量辐射（LDR）可以增强NK细胞的增殖能力及生物活性，其机制可能与LDR后内源性谷胱甘肽的诱导作用、增强P38MAPK信号传导途径有关。NK细胞特别是A-NK细胞是过继性细胞免疫治疗良好的细胞来源，具有很好的治疗恶性肿瘤应用前景。

Abstract

Natural killer cells is an important immunological factor in killing malignant cells. Low dose radiation can enhance proliferation and biological activity of NK cell. The involvement of P38MAPK signal pathway and endogenous glutathione induced by LDR may be the probable mechanism. Natural killer cell, especially adherent natural killer cell, is the preferential choice for adoptive cellular immunotherapy, which has a remarkable foreground in malignancy therapy.
