通过水培试验研究了蚕豆苗对不同浓度,133,Cs 和,88,Sr 的蓄积及其辐射损伤效应。本实验利用原子吸收方法测定蚕豆苗对,133,Cs 和,88,Sr 的蓄积量,研究了,133,Cs 和,88,Sr 在蚕豆苗各部位的分布及对其生理影响。结果表明:在,133,Cs 和,88,Sr 所设不同浓度下,蚕豆苗地上部和根部的,133,Cs 和,88,Sr 蓄积量均随浓度梯度升高而增加,表现出根部含量,>,地上部含量,,133,Cs 含量,>,88,Sr 含量。随着时间的推移,蚕豆苗对溶液中,133,Cs 和,88,Sr 蓄积量表现出先骤升后趋于平稳的趋势;随核素浓度的上升,根系活力均表现为先增强后减弱的趋势;蚕豆苗叶片中的丙二醛含量增加,叶片中丙二醛含量变化均较根系的大。,88,Sr 处理组中的可溶性糖含量高于,133,Cs 处理组。
The different concentrations of ,133,Cs and ,88,Sr accumulated by ,Vicia faba Linn, and its irradiation damage effect were studied during cultivation in hydroponic condition. The accumulation of ,133,Cs and ,88,Sr was determined by FAAS, the distribution in different organs of ,Vicia faba Linn, and physiological effect of ,133,Cs and ,88,Sr were investigated. The results show that at low concentration level the ,133,Cs and ,88,Sr taken by above-ground and root of ,Vicia faba Linn, increase with the increment of their initial concentration and the accumulation relationship of contents is roots ,>, above-grounds and ,133,Cs ,>,88,Sr. When the plantlets exposed to ,133,Cs or ,88,Sr, the accumulated amounts increase rapidly at begin then increase slowly along with the cultured time. With the increment of initial concentration the root activities tend to increase at first and then decrease. It has been found that the MDA contents in leaves increase with the experimental time and are higher than that in root while the contents of soluble sugar of ,88,Sr treated group are higher than that of ,133,Cs treated group.
