本文研究了在室温下,真空.氮气或空气存在时,γ射线对聚丙烯毡和薄膜性能的影响(包括粘均分子量、等规度、机械强度和结晶度)。测定了辐照时产生的气体,并计算了它们的,G,值,分别为,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42648089&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42648091&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42648090&type=,实验结果表明,剂量率在2.78×10,2, rad/s时,辐照剂量小于5×10,5, rad,材料性能几乎没有变化,剂量继续增加,物理和机械性能逐渐下降,辐照剂量超过5×10,6, rad后,就产生大量低分子碳氢化合物,辐照剂量达到3×10,7,rad时,试样受到极大破坏,甚至可成粉末。,ESR光谱测定结果指出,在真空辐照时产生的陷落自由基,一旦暴露空气就转变成过氧化自由基,并可引起自氧化降解反应,使试样进一步裂解。因此,我们认为要提高聚丙烯的辐射稳定性,可添加某些抗氧剂或做成多组份共聚物。
The Properties of polypropylene film and nonwoven, such as the viscosity average molecuar weight, degree of tacticity and mechanical strength have been ivestigated by irradiation in vacuum, in nitrogen. and in air at room temperature.,The gases evoluted during irradiation have been analyzed and meas measured, so that the G values were calculated as foollows: 2.52~3.56 for H,2, 0.11~0.12 for CH,4, 0.01~0.02 for ,C,2, H,4, 0.13~0.20 for C,3, H,6, and 0.24~0.26 for C,4,H,8,.,The results showed that the physical and mechanical prorerties of polypropylene were not changed, when the dose of radiation was lower than 5×10,5, rad, but decreased with fourther increasing doses (up to 5×10,6, rad) and a large quantity of low molecular hydro-carbon compounds were produced, When the dose exceeded 3×10,7, rad, the polypropylene sample could be dameged extremely and even changed into powder.,It was found by the ESR measurement that trapped free radical of polypropylene, irradiation in vacuum at room temperature, was converted into peroxy radical rapidly as the samples were exposed in air, obviously, this may cause auto-oxidation degradation of polypropylene,The authors suggest that in order to improve the radiation stability of polypropylene it is necessary to add some anti-oxidents or to prepare polypropylene in the form of multi-component copolymers.
