摘要

本文研究了水溶液中胸腺嘧啶二聚体在γ射线辐照下解聚成胸腺嗜啶的机理。研究表明，胸腺嘧啶二聚体的解聚是由于OH自由基及水合电子与二聚体作用所致，一个OH自由基产生0.5个胸腺嘧啶分子，一个水合电子产生1.5个胸腺嘧啶分子，其反应速率常数分别为2.3×10,9,dm,3,mol,-1,S,-1,和1.0×10,10,dm,3,mol,-1,S,-1,。

Abstract

In this paper the mecharism for radiation cleavage of thymine dimer in aqueous solution at room temperature has been studied. The results indicate that thymine dimer splitting by radiation is due to the reactions of hydroxyl radicals and hydrated electrons with the dimer and 0.5 thymine molecule is given for each hydroxyl radical and 1.5 thymine molecules for each reacted hydrated electron their rate constants are 2.3×10,9, dm,3,mol,-1,s,-1, and ≃1.0×10,10,dm,3,mol,-1,S,-1, respectively.
