It was compared for the translocation rate in spermatogonia of mice irradiated in local testis with that irradiated in whole body. The rate in irradiated groups increased linearly with doses. The coefficient of two equations for dose-effect is significant difference, it is higher in whole-body irradiated group than that in local testis irradiated group. The estimate for genetic risk resulted from the whole -body irradiated experiments is not suitable, if so, it will be higher. Andso the evaluating the genetic risk for reproduction system irradiated should be basic on the data of local radiation in the testis.
