摘要

89,Sr注入静脉后在大鼠体内的滞留，幼年组与成年、老年组间有显著差异，而后两组间差异不明显。幼年组骨骼慢库室,89,Sr的滞留量分数高于成年和老年组，而有效半减期（Te,2,）小于成年和老年组。估算的全身剂量,幼年组是成年和老年组的6.0和7.0倍，而骨剂量是后两组的4.7和6.9倍。

Abstract

After i. v,89,Sr-retention in rats showed a sigificant difference between the young group and the other two groups, the adult and old groups but there is no significnit difference between the latter two groups. The retention fraction for ,89,Sr in the slow compartment of bone in the young group was higher than in the adult or old groups, but effective half-life (T,e2,) in this group was lower than in the latter two groups. The whole body dose estimed for young group was 6.0 and 7.0 times higher than those of adult and old groups respectively. However the dose of bone in young group was 4.7 and 6.9 times higher than those of the latter two groups.
