We have applied magnet in under beam technology of EB irradiation crosslinking wire and cable. The facility composed of a under beam fixture with various magnets has the function of three irradiation models so that it reaches the requirement of all kinds of wire and cable from 0.5 mm,2, to 400 mm,2, in the core section including sector cross-section or from ϕ 1 mm to ϕ 40 mm in diameter and maxium diameter up to ϕ 60 mm is available. This article describes these three radiation models and their formulas about demanded energy, beam efficiency, radiation uniformity. Experimental data are corresponding to these formulas.
