、TPA、PAI的时相性变化,以探讨辐射在肿瘤转移中的作用机理。结果表明:血管内皮细胞电离辐射后,B16黑色素瘤对内皮细胞单层的侵袭率显著高于对照组;B16黑色素瘤侵袭过程中,PGI
2
、TXB
2
和TPA、PAI这两对平衡因子失去平衡;电离辐射后,血管内皮细胞PGI
2
分泌减少,TXB
2
和TPA分泌增加,其时相性变化与侵袭率变化相对应。提示:电离辐射对血管内皮细胞功能损伤在肿瘤侵袭和进一步转移过程中起着重要作用。
In order to test the influence of endothelial cell radiative injury on the tumor invasion rate at differnt time after exposure to 15Gy

TPA and PAI from endothlial cells after irradiation were measured by radioimmunologic and enzyme labeling techniques. The results showed that for endothelial cells exposed to radiation the invasion rate of tumor cell were considerably larger than that of control

and TPA were increased obviously. The phase change
of invasion rate corresponds with the changes of TXB
2
PGI

and TPA. The results suggested that endothelial cells play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis
the disorder of endothelial cell anticoagulation and fibrin lysis function caused by radiation might be the main reason for endothelial cell radiative injury accelerating the B16 melanoma invasion.
