·OH与碳酸盐反应产生CO,3,·,−, 并产生化学发光。研究了其发光行为,对影响化学发光强度的实验因素进行优化,建立了检测CO,3,·,−,的化学发光体系。该体系由80μL 2mmol/L CuCl、110μL 6.5mmol/ L H,2,O,2,和810μL 75mmol/L 碳酸盐缓冲液(pH9.8)组成,反应总体积为1mL。该体系具有简便、快速、灵敏和价廉的优点,已成功地应用于检测茶多酚、芦丁和槲皮素清除CO,3,·¯,的能力,结果满意。
·OH reacts with carbonate to yield carbonate radical anion (CO,3,·,−,) and chemiluminescence. Based on this reaction, chemiluminescence behavior of the system was investigated. Experimental conditions for the method were optimized. A chemiluminescence system for determination of CO,3,·,−, was developed. It was composed of 2mmol/L CuCl solution 80μL, 6.5mmol/L H,2,O,2, solution 110μL and 75mmol/L carbonate buffer 810μL (pH9.8). The volume of reaction was 1.0mL. This system was characterized by its simplicity, rapidity, sensitivity and inexpensiveness. The recommended method had been successfully applied to determination of the ability of polyphenol, rutin, and quercetin scavenging CO,3,·,−, with satisfactory results.
