研究了中能氮离子束辐照对不同品种春小麦干种子萌发生长的影响,根据实验室和大田的试验结果,春小麦干种子萌发力和幼苗生长随辐照剂量增加而明显减弱,并且注入辐照与贯穿辐照对其造成的影响有较大区别,在种子萌发过程中,由注入造成的抑制明显高于贯穿。从大田出苗率存活曲线来看,对三个不同品种,注入与贯穿的半致死剂量D,50,分别处在10,7,~10,8,ions/cm,2,和10,8,~10,9,ions/cm,2,范围内。
The effects of medium energy N ion beam irradiation on the germination and the growth of different kinds of wheat seeds are discussed in this paper. According to the results of test in laboratory and the field, the germination and the seedling growth of wheat seeds with irradiation dose were evidently inhibited. Furthermore, there was a larger difference between implantation and penetration. In the course of the seed germination the inhibition resulting from the implantation was clearly stronger than that from the penetration. From survival curves of emergence rates of three different strains in the field, the half-lethal doses of implantation and penetration (D,50,) are in the range of (10,7,~10,8,) ions/cm,2, and (10,8,~10,9,)ions/cm,2, respectively.
