摘要

电离辐射作用后的细胞能够启动多种信号通路，用于维持基因组的完整性。其中细胞周期调控是决定细胞抗辐射能力的一个重要因素。由电离辐射诱导的DNA损伤能最终使细胞周期产生暂时的阻滞，以利于一部分DNA损伤得到修复；或者产生不可逆的细胞周期阻滞，使细胞走向凋亡或坏死。因此，恰当的细胞周期阻滞会给DNA损伤修复提供一定的时间，从而有利于细胞生存。对该领域的深入研究，将会为研制辐射增敏剂和辐射防护剂提供一种新的思路。

Abstract

Multiple pathways are involved in maintaining genetic integrity of cell after exposure to ionizing radiations. Among them, cell cycle modulation is the most important factor of radiosensitivity. DNA-strand breaks induced by the radiations can ultimately activate either temporary checkpoint that permit time for DNA damage repair or irreversible cell cycle arrest that results in cell death. The proper cell cycle arrest can offer time for DNA repair, and the modulated mechanisms therefore may be of help for cell survival in response to ionizing radiations. Further investigations in these fields will inevitably offer a new strategy for developing radiosensitive and radioprotective drugs.
