摘要

研究重离子,12,C,6+,（1.656×10,4,Gy）、,16,O,8+,（1.585×10,7,Gy）对喹乙醇的作用。结果表明：两种重离子辐射后15%以上的喹乙醇结构发生了改变，266nm,382nm二处特征吸收峰随其含量的下降而变平，产生多种辐射产物，重离子辐射后的喹乙醇抗菌作用明显增强。

Abstract

The effect of heavy ion ,12,C,6+, (1.656×10,4, Gy) and ,16,O,8+, (1.585x10,7, Gy) irradiation on olaquindox has been investigated. The result indicated that after ,12,C,6+,16,O,8+, irradiation and structure of more than 15% olaquindox was changed. The characteristic absorption peaks at 266nm, 382nm became flatter and lower,indicating decrease of olaquindox content,however its antibacteria effect was enhanced apparently. In addition several irradiation products was yielded.
