DISCUSSION ABOUT CRITERIA OF PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY FOR INHIBITING GERMINATION OF GARLIC BY IRRADIATION
In this article, some critira related to processing technology for inhibiting Germination of garlic by irradiation are discussed and reviewed. The result shows that the following irradiation rules are suitable for Chinese garlic: (1) irradiation period is better before August 10, and no later than August 20. (2) Suitable total dose ranges from 50 to 100 Gy. (3) The nonuniformity of irradiation dose is no more than 2.
