摘要

本文用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察网状细胞肉瘤SRS于γ线照射后超微结构的变化。瘤细胞经1000～5000 rad γ线照射后3小时，扫描电镜下可见其表面皱折减少，变细；微绒毛也减少，变粗，末端膨大，呈鼓锤状。5000 rad照射后，还见瘤细胞表面膜破溃和脱落。透射电镜下可见线粒体，高尔基氏器，核染色质和核仁均发生明显的退行性变化。可见SRS经γ线照射后早期，细胞原浆膜系统即发生明显变化

Abstract

The changes of ultrastructure in ascitic reticulocytic sarcoma cells (SRS) after γ-ray irradiation were studied with scanning and transmission electron microscopes. Various alterations at the cell surface membrane could be seen under the scanning electron microscope 3 hours after γ-ray irradiation with doses of 1000~5000 rad. Folds decreased in number and thinned. Villi also decreased but thickened with enlarged ends expanded as drumsticks. The surface membrane ulcerated and fell off after a 5000 rad irradiation. Obvious degeneration of mitochondrias, Golgi apparatuses, chromatin and nucleoli occured. All these revealed that the plasma membrane system of SRS changed significantly in the early period after γ-ray irradiation.
