摘要

本文用体外兔红细胞花环试验和酵母补体花环试验，比较了大鼠喂饲辐照与非辐照食品后，外周血T、B淋巴细胞的百分率,[1,2,3,],。结果发现无论何种花环，何种性别，辐照与非辐照组间均值均无显著差异，提示了该类辐照食品对机体免疫细胞表面标志的安全性。

Abstract

This article reported the methods of rabbit erythrocytes rosette-formation and zymosan complement complexes rosette-formation in vitro terts in rats and com- pared the percentage of T,B cells in periphery blood between two groups of rat fed with irradiated and un-irradiated food.,There was no significant difference between two groups in both rosette-formation tests and sex.,The results above-mentioned indicated the irradiated food was secure to surface marks on immune cells in body.
