摘要

本文报道了小鼠全肺受X线照射后早期可在肺泡中测出明显增高的表面活性物质，且在8～17 Gy剂量范围内，肺泡表面活性物质含量的增高与照射剂量有一定线性关系。应用中药活血化瘀制剂764-1可明显降低肺照射后肺泡内表面活性物质的增高，而对正常肺泡内表面活性物质水平无影响，提示764-1对肺Ⅱ型细胞这种放射损伤效应有较好的改善作用。至于这种改善作用机理有待进一步探讨。

Abstract

This paper has reported that the alveolous surfactant levels in mice after X-irradiation are shown to be increased durin early time, which is dose dependent between 8-17 Gy. Chinese traditional medicine 764-1 can reduce the increased surfactant levels with no effect on type Ⅱ penumocytes as control. This suggests 764-1 might improve this kind of radiation injury of type Ⅱ penumocytes.
