Bimolane (AT,1727, MST-01) and Prolimane (AT,2153, MST-02) belong to diketopepirazine compounds and have some radiosensitizing effect. Are they mutagenic? No mutagenicity of these two compounds have been tested with SOS chromotest. The same results were obtained in all conditions (i. e. different concentration: bacterial strains PQ,37, as well as PQ,35,: with or without activator—S,9, mixture). It is coincidence with Ren's report: No mutagenicity in Ame's test, DNA damage induction and sister chromatid exchange has been tested.,No cytotoxicity was studied by inductest.
