摘要

应用定量酶细胞化学和环核苷酸免疫细胞化学方法，观察到小鼠经,60,Coγ线8 Gy整体照射后，腹腔巨噬细胞具有代表性的溶酶体酶AcPase, ANAE和ATPase活性发生明显变化，cAMP和cGMP免疫荧光强度随之改变，提示辐射效应在损伤细胞生物膜结构的同时，亦损伤与其相关的酶蛋白，这种损伤可能是通过影响其cAMP和cGMP起作用，并直接影响巨噬细胞对抗源物质的吞噬和处理，降低机体的免疫能力。

Abstract

The effect of ionizing radiation on peritoneal macrophages of mice was investigated by means of the quantitative enzyme cytochemistry and the cyclic nucleotide immunocytochemistry. It was found that the activities of the lysosomal enzyme (AcPase and ANAE) and ATPase of macrophages were remarkably changed after the animals were irradiated (,60,Co γ-ray, 8 Gy). Further studies demonstrated that the specific immunofluorescence of cAMP and cGMP in macrophages was apparently influenced as compared with the control group. It is considered that ionizing radiation changes the structrue of membrane and enzyme proteins of macrophages by the cyclic nucleotide (cAMP and cGMP). The mechanism of the effect of ionizing radiation on macrophage will be further studied.
