摘要

60,Co γ射线10～40 Gy照射正常人皮肤成纤维细胞，1h后，细胞释放超氧阴离子自由基（,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650922&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650939&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650932&type=,）量显著增高，其增高与照射剂量呈正相关。细胞超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活力明显下降，且与照射剂量呈负相关。组织蛋白酶D活力显著增高，其增高与照射剂量呈正相关。在辐照0～40 Gy范围内，细胞释放,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650934&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650942&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650935&type=,量与细胞SOD活力呈负相关，而细胞释放,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650943&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650945&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650944&type=,量与细胞组织蛋白酶D活力呈正相关。

Abstract

Human skin fibroblasts were irradiated with ,60,Co γ-ray 10 Gy~40 Gy. After one hour, the concentration of ,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650946&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650948&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650947&type=, increased significantly, the activity of SOD in cultured fibroblasts decreased markedly, and the activity of cathepsin D increased significantly. These changes related with the dose, when the radiation dose with the range of 0~40 Gy, the concentration of ,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650949&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650937&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42650936&type=, related with the activity of SOD and cathepsin D in cultured skin fibroblasts.
