摘要

为了寻找更有效的放射增敏剂，设计并合成了4种新型化合物，用ESR在分子水平上研究新合成的化合物的增敏作用。ESR波谱研究表明，SMD在与胸腺嘧啶1: 40摩尔比的二元体系中，具有明显的对胸腺嘧啶的增敏作用，增强比为5.12。

Abstract

In order to search for more effective radiosensitizers,four new compounds were synthesized. In this paper,reports the radiosensitizing effect of four new synthesized compounds at the molecular level using ESR. The results of ESR show that the SER (Sensitizing Enhancement Ratio) of SMD which is 5.12 is greater than those of the other compounds. It has strong radiosensitizing effect on thymine with molar ratio of thymine to SMD 40: 1.
