摘要

本文中实验测定了100 rad受照小鼠肝、脾和睾丸组织的荧光产物含量以及肝和脾组织的Se-GSHPX活性。与对照组相比，在照后的15天内肝荧光产物的含量无明显变化；在照后7天至15天脾荧光产物含量明显增加（P<0.01）；睾丸除照后3天降低外(P<0.05），在观察的7天内无明显变化。从照后1天至5天肝SeGSHPx活性增高（P<0.05）,到照后7天有恢复趋势；脾Se-GSHPx活性在照后3天明显升高（P<0.01），照后5天和7天转为降低（P<0.05）。

Abstract

The Contents of the fluorescent products and the Se-GSHPx activities of Liver, spleen and testis of mice irradiated with 100rads were determined. There were no changes in the contents of the fluorescent products of liver in our test; there was significantly increased in spleen on the 7 th and 15th days post irraditaon (p<0.01) ; except for decrase on the 3rd day (p<0.05) , the contents of the fluorescent products in testis didn't show any changes in all times tested. The seGsHPX activities were incerased in liver from the 1st to the 5th days after irradiation(P<0.05) , and had a tendency to restore on the 7th day; the enzyme activities were increased murkedly in spleen on the 3rd day post exposure (P<0.01) , then turned to decrease on the 5th and the 7th days (P<0.05) .
