The human blood was irradiated in vitro by 0-100 10,-2,Gy. Then the lymphocytes were separated from the whole blood. The mitotic CHO cells fused with lymphocytes. This technique can be used to visualize damage to interphase chromosome aberrations after irradiation. The frequency of breaks produced in G,1, phase of the lymphocytes is scord. The dose-response curve for chromosome fragments was found to be linear ,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42649545&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42649527&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=42649526&type=, r=0.99. The method was compared with conventional cytogenetic. The results presented that the G,1,-PCC technique is more rapidly and sensitively. But the G,1 ,-PCC used technique of biological dosimetry has some questions which is discussed.
