摘要

应用常规培养微核技术和微量血的细胞质阻断微核技术，观察了上消化道X线钡餐造影前后24 h、1个月、4个月和9个月的淋巴细胞微核变化。结果表明，两处平均皮肤受照射剂量5.29 cGy的微核率，照射后24 h有升高，1个月降低，4个月和9个月都与照前相近。并讨论了低剂量效应与造影的间隔时间。

Abstract

Using conventional micronucleus and cytokinesis-block micronucleus of micro-blood, for the subjects of roentgenography upper gastrointestinal once the changes of micronucleus were observed before exposure and 24 h, 1,4 and 9 months after exposure. The results showed that micronucleus of subjects were exposure to a average absorbed doses of two parts for 5.29 cGy, it was raised 24 h after exposure but reduced at 1 month and 4 months or 9 months reached the same level with before exposure. Then, the low dose effects and roentgenography interval were discussed.
