The results indicate that in 2—10Gy range of the γ-ray irradiation, a linear relations (,r,=0.881) were found between the irradiation dose and DNA concentration,. When the number of cells was 8×10,7,—10×10,7, the concentration of DNA cells related linearly, too, with relative fluorometric intensity. Difference in concentrations of the LexA protein showed no significant protection on DNA strand breaks caused by the γ-rays.
