摘要

采用顶空固相微萃取（Headspace Solid-phase Microextraction, HS-SPME）技术结合气相色谱/质谱（GC/MS）联用方法对N,N,N’,N’-四丁基-3-氧-戊二酰胺（N,N,N’,N’ -tertbutyl-3oxa-pentanediamide,TBOPDA）的主要液相辐解产物进行定性研究，对影响HS-SPME的参数进行了优化。通过计算机谱库检索、标准物质对照和人工解析的方法确定了TBOPDA的六种液相辐解产物：(C,4,H,9,),2,NH、(C,4,H,9,),3,N、CH,3,CON(C,4,H,9,),2,、HCON(C,4,H,9,),2,、CH,3,OCH,2,CON(C,4,H,9,),2,、HOCH,2,CON(C,4,H,9,),2,；可能产物：HOCOCH,2,OCH,2,CON (C,4,H,9,),2,或HCOCH,2,OCH,2,CON(C,4,H,9,),2,，提出了TBOPDA的三种可能断裂方式。

Abstract

For studying radiolytic products of N,N,N',N'-tetrabutyl-3-oxa-pentanediamide (TBOPDA), gas chromatography /mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was used, combined with head-space solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME). The chromatograms were compared with different SPME fibres, and the results were nearly the same. Influence of the extraction temperature was also studied. The mass spectra were compared with standard spectra and analyzed artificially. Radiolytical products of TBOPDA were confirmed as Dibutylamine (DBA), Tributylamine(TBA),N,N-dibutylformamide(DBFA), N,N-dibutylacetamide(DBAA), HOCH,2,CON(C,4,H,9,),2, and CH,3,OCH,2,CON (C,4,H,9,),2, with HOCOCH,2,OCH,2,CON(C,4,H,9,),2, or HCOCH,2,OCH,2,CON(C,4,H,9,),2, being possible radialytic product. Comparisons with standard substances were also carried out on DBA, TBA, DBFA, DBAA. According to the radiolytic products, possible ways of the degradation were proposed.
