摘要

500～2000 rad照射后第3天，小鼠的肝、脑、肾、心与骨髓细胞的脂类过氧化物（LPO）水平随照射剂量增加而增加，但腹腔注射WR-2721可使LPO显著降低。850 rad照射后10天内，小鼠的肝、脑、肾、睾丸与骨髓细胞的LPO增加量随照射后时间不同而有所差异，但WR-2721均可抑制LPO的生成，其抑制作用在一定时间范围内，随照射后时间的延长而递增。

Abstract

On the 3 rd day after the irradiation of 500—2000 rad, the lipid peroxides(LPO) level in liver, brain, heart and bone marrow of mice were elevated with the increase of irradiation dose, but markedly depressed by the intraperitoneal injection of WR-2721 as well. The contents of LPO in liver, brain, kidney, testis and bone marrow in mice were varied with different days following the exposure of 850 rad, but on the same condition, the inhibitory effect exerted by the administration of WR-2721 was progressively increased.
