摘要

为探讨小剂量γ射线对人体血清LDH及其同工酶的影响，本文对95例职业性,137,铯探矿者血清LDH及其同工酶进行观察。结果表明受照组比对照组LDH总活性明显升高，LDH同工酶两组间差异不显著，未见其与职业工令及累积剂量间的相关性变化。

Abstract

In order to probe the effect of low dose γ-rays on the LDH and its isoenzyme from personal serum, the LDH and its isoenzyme of 95 workers exposed to ,137,Cs during mine prospecting were observed. Results showed that the total activity of the LDH of the exposed group was significantly higher than that of control, there are no differences of the LDH isoenzyme between groups, and no correlation with the worker's length of service of the cumulative dose.
