摘要

本文报道了外科用丝质缝合线的电子束和γ射线灭菌的效应，测定了初始污染程度和D,10,值的分布。此外，对辐照后材质性能也进行了理化分析，测试了拉伸强度、溶出物、OD值和溶出液的紫外吸收谱等。从而比较了两者的辐射灭菌效应和对材质的影响。

Abstract

The effect of Electron Beam and γ ray sterilization for silk surgical suture was studied. The initial contamination and distribution of D,10, value were measured. Physical and chemical analysis of the material, such as tensile strength, water soluble extractive matter, optical density and U V spectrum were made after irradiation. In addition, a comparsion of material degradation between E B and γ sterilization was investigated.
