摘要

本文叙述用低剂量快中子对白蜡虫种虫进行辐照后，白蜡虫泌蜡量、蜡花厚度及白蜡产量均明显提高，平均增产28%左右，是一项简便易行安全有效的白蜡增产措施。

Abstract

This paper gave the experimental results with regard to the effect of radiation on the white wax scale seeds treated with ,241,Am-Be neutron source. After being irradiated with the dosage of 7.62×10,4, 3.1×10,5, and 1.24×10,6,n/cm,2, respectively both the duration and quantities of white wax secreted by the male larva of the white wax scale are incresed greatly. The average output is heiger than those of the control.
