摘要

本文以微核率为生物终点，在求出了剂量效应回归方程的基础上算出

125

IUdR和

HTdR的相对生物效应。结果表明总微核率和细胞微核率均随

125

IUdR掺入率的增加而增加，回归方程分别是y

0.0895+0.029 x

=0.0776+0.021 X。

HTdR也可获得类似的结果，其回归方程分别是y

= 0.082+0.0039 x

=0.068+0.003 x。则

IUdR与

HTdR的RBE分别是7.4和7。

这些结果提示

IUdR的放射毒性明显强于

HTdR，本文还对

HTdR被用作示踪剂的利弊作了讨论。

Abstract

The micronucleus rates have been used as a biological end point

the relative biological effectiveness (RBE) of

125

IUdR compared with

HTdR were worked out on the basis of regression equations of dose-response calculated in this study. The results demonstrate that the total micronucleus rates and the micronucleus rates of cells increased with the increase of the rates of

125

IUdR uptake respectively

the regressed equations were y

= 0.895+0.029 x

=0.0776 +0.021 x. Similar results were also observed when

HTdR was used

its regressed equations were y

= 0.082+0.0039 x

=0.068+0.003 x. The RBE of

125

IUdR were 7.4 and 7 as compared with

HTdR.

These suggest that the radiotoxicity of

125

IUdR is much more marked than that of

HTdR. The advantages and disadvantages of

125

IUdR used as trcer compared with those of

HTdR were discussed finally.
