It was found that the content of lipoperoxide (LPO) for the adolescent mice exposed to fractionated γ-irradiation at a dose of 1 Gy into 25 sub-dosesduring irradiation was much higher than that for the mice at an age of 5 weeks exposed to 1 Gy without fractionation. This demonstrates that radiation sensitivityfor adolescent mice is higher than that for adult mice. It also demonstrates that there is a correlation between the variation in content of LPO and the activity of SOD.
